deregulated market participants in the electric generation,
transmission, distribution and industrial planning areas.
EPR has extensive experience in the area of electric
power system planning. This experience includes
consulting services for projects throughout the USA and
internationally, working for merchant generation and
merchant transmission companies, and chairing the New
York State Reliability Council's Reliability Rules
SubCommittee.

federal regulatory testimony; ISO committee work;
